Hi folks,
I have a farm in Wheeo NSW, near Crookwell, and the neighbour is running sheeps on my 80 acres paddocks.
he is paying me $10 per sheep per annum, for 120 sheep, which I think is not in line with current market and the constant increases in pricing.
In addition, he has been putting 500 sheep rather than the agreed 120 for the past few months, saying 'it is temporary'.
Now, he offered to extend the contract to 2 years, in exchange of fertilising and planting oats (for his own benefit).
I need to know your opinion, including pricing.
