In the coming months, I will be traveling through Vic, NSW and Qld on an extended holiday.
I am seeking permission to gain access to your property for the purpose of hunting vermin, pest and game animal species.

I am a 47 year old responsible hunter who grew up in country NSW and have vast experience in the use of firearms.

I undertake that I will adhere strictly to any requirements you may impose upon me.

In return for you giving hunting permission, I am willing to assist you in periodic basic maintenance activities around the property.

I own several rifles and a 12g shotgun and I will use the most appropriate calibre of firearm to suit the conditions and species, i.e. .22 lr where excessive noise levels or danger to adjacent property/stock may be of concern, etc.

Prior to any hunting activities being undertaken, I will meet with you to discuss any requirements or concerns that you may have.

Some important information that may assist you in making an informed decision are as follows:-
· I hold all appropriate licences required.
· I am a current member of the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia. (membership of SSAA protects landholders to Public Liability Insurance Policy cover of $10 000 000)
· I am a current member of the Clay Target Association of Australia.
· I regularly attend organized shooting at licenced rifle and shotgun ranges to maintain my skills
I am a courteous, patient, and intelligent person by nature, always willing to learn and follow instruction to the letter. I would ask nothing in payment for my services other than a continued/sporadic right to hunt the property and a friendly wave as I am coming and going.
