BEEF:
Quite week, only point is that US grinders are supplementing their product with local produce as they can gain supply at a cheaper rate than current exporters here can ship it, leaving a few with egg on there faces as they have purchased large volumes based on a expected increase in demand and price which has o far failed to materialise, so they will hold in cold storage until the market begins to improve. The US is expected to re commence shipments of boneless beef into the Korean market place, which may effect some Australian exporters, but the Asian market is losing faith with the US in regards to quality inspecting and effective control of there product.

LAMB:
With the northern hemisphere cooling demand for Lamb is expected to grow and new markets are expected to be opened up from what i have been told.

All in all a average week..

Cheers..
