I'm a graduate student in Montana and am in the process of seeking any text, papers, websites related to livestock that are science-based.
Livestock that I'm interested in:
• Meat rabbits
• Laying hens
• Dairy goats
• Meat goats
• Dairy sheep
• Meat sheep
• Tilapia
• Laying ducks
• Broiler chickens
Things I'm looking for include (but not limited to):
Feed ratios
Gestation periods
Breeding techniques
Meat yields
Etc.
I'm happy to provide more information, but wanted to be concise for the initial post. My background is in human nutrition/public health, so any resources, leads would be much appreciated.
