Looking for Land to lease

I've never been to Australia, but would consider going there to research more into starting a fruit tree nursery. Any ideas/suggestions/information for me?

Found out today some city based farmers are now prepared to lease property for nothing, seams they need to make more losses to offset there income, so this maybe a option, this is happening here in WA a lot so far I have heard of 5 properties being offered out this way, nice to know these guys are doing it so tough, that they need to make a loss so the ATO will get off there back.
