Formatted for archive, click link to see original version : Rain falling
Some reports at last of rain in the mallee in Victoria and parts of NSW with the start of a few areas getting some rain at last, let us pray it continues to other areas where it is surly needed, enough to get a crop in some districts would be nice to see.
Keep it comming huey! :thumb
There were light falls in parts of SA yesterday but mostly under 10 mm, and more like 2-3 mm in most parts.
It looks like we should have significant rain of half an inch or more late Friday afternoon and extending into Saturday, with more rain expected in the middle of next week.
Lets hope it buckets down :thumb.
Some reasonable rain fell overnight but it was patchy. We had 23 mm in the Adelaide Hills, unfortunately this is not a cropping area!
To 9 am today, here's a quick summary of some of the better areas in South Australia:
Orroroo 19 mm
Lameroo 18 mm
Booleroo Centre 16 mm
Brinkworth 13 mm
Karoonda 13 mm
Pt Victoria 13 mm
Keith 12 mm
Loxton 10 mm
Millicent 10 mm
The West Coast missed out by the look of it although good falls were recorded in the Mallee areas - it's a start at least :thumb.
