Bails for hand milking

Hi everyone - I am new here. I want to start hand milking my cows but want to build milking bails. Nowhere can I find any information about how to build them or specifications on size, construction, etc. Can anyone help?

Hi,
I milk by hand also. Do you want to make a head bail out of timber or steel?
The head bail I use is pipe, could email you photos if you want. Could make a wooden bail along similar principles if your a bit handy.
My bail head can be shut from the back of the cow, handy when breaking in and they have to be pushed in.
