• Australian Association of Stud Merino Breeders (visit site) - A federal association that represents six state Merino organisations and approximately 1500 registered studs in all parts of Australia.

• Riverina Stud Merino Field Days Association (visit site) - Industry group consisting of approximately thirty Merino studs in the Riverina region. Also conducts research and evaluation programs, and is committed to the ongoing support and education of young industry members.

• Victorian Stud Merino Sheepbreeders Association (visit site) - Association for Merino breeders in Victoria, and maintains the Register of Merino and Poll Merino stud flocks in Victoria.

• Western Australian Shearing Contractors Association (visit site) - A non-profit association representing shearers and shearing shed workers throughout Western Australia. Aims to assist in gaining better conditions and a fair and equatable rate of pay for all within the shearing industry.
